1. Why this page exists

Under EU consumer law — Directive 2005/29/EC on unfair commercial practices, and in particular point 11 of Annex I — using editorial content to promote a product without making the paid element clear is prohibited outright. The same principle sits behind the advertising policies of Microsoft Advertising and Google Ads. We would disclose anyway, but it is also the law.

2. What a partner link is

A partner link is a link we are paid for. When someone follows one and then installs or signs up for the advertised game, our affiliate network records that the referral came from orvanti.online and credits BRILLARE s.r.o. with a commission.

The commission is paid by the advertiser out of its own marketing budget. It is not added to anything you pay, and following a partner link never costs more than going to the same page directly.

3. How you can tell

Every paid link on this site is marked in four ways at once, so that you do not have to take our word for it:

  • A visible Partner link label in the text next to the link.
  • A one-line explanation under the button saying what the link is and that we may earn a commission.
  • An advertising disclosure bar at the top of every page, above the fold.
  • The HTML attribute rel="sponsored nofollow noopener" on the link itself, which is the machine-readable signal search engines use to identify paid links.

Partner links open in a new tab and pass through a short address on this domain (a /c/ URL) before reaching the advertiser. That step exists so the referral can be attributed; it does not hide where you are going, and the destination is named on the way through.

  • We are paid for referrals — a qualifying install or sign-up that the network attributes to orvanti.online.
  • We are not paid to give a game a favourable write-up, and no advertiser has editorial approval over anything on this site.
  • We do not receive a share of anything you later spend inside a game.
  • We are not paid for the citations and reference links in our articles. Those are unpaid and are not marked as partner links.

5. What this means for what you read

Our editorial policy sets out the separation in full. The short version: commercial arrangements decide which games we can afford to cover, and nothing else. They do not decide what we say about them, and we do not publish ratings, rankings or testimonials that we cannot stand behind.

6. Tracking and your choices

Attributing a referral involves an identifier being set by our affiliate partner, and measuring our own advertising involves the Microsoft Advertising UET tag. Both sit in the “Advertising & referral measurement” category of our consent banner and are off until you turn them on.

You can change that at any time using Cookie settings in the footer of any page. Refusing costs you nothing: the partner links still work, we simply are not paid for them. The cookie policy lists exactly what is set, by whom, and for how long.
