These terms govern your use of orvanti.online (the “site”), operated by BRILLARE s.r.o., Zrzavého 1705/2a, Řepy, 163 00 Praha 6, Czech Republic, company number 05563607. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

The site publishes guides and explanatory articles about video games. It is an information service. It does not sell anything to you, does not take payments, does not host user accounts and is not a shop.

The site is financed by advertising and affiliate commission, which is disclosed on every page and described in the affiliate disclosure.

The site is intended for adults. It discusses games that contain optional paid content, including randomised in-game purchases, and it is not designed for children. Do not use the site if you are under 18.

We take care to be accurate and we say where our information comes from. Live games change frequently, however, and content can go out of date between the date we last checked a page and the date you read it.

Nothing on the site is professional, financial or legal advice, and nothing on it is a guarantee of any outcome in a game. Decisions you take on the basis of what you read here are your own.

The site links to sites we do not operate, including advertisers’ and game publishers’ pages. We have no control over those sites, we are not responsible for their content, their terms or their handling of your data, and a link is not an endorsement of everything found at the other end of it.

Any game you install is supplied by its own publisher under that publisher’s terms. Your relationship — including anything you pay — is with them, not with us.

The text, diagrams, illustrations, layout and code of this site are owned by BRILLARE s.r.o. or used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own private, non-commercial use, and you may quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link. You may not republish the site’s content in bulk, sell it, or use it to train or populate another service without our written permission.

Third-party names and marks appearing on this site remain the property of their owners and are used descriptively.

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site: no attacks on its availability, no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no automated scraping that places an unreasonable load on it, and no use of the site for anything unlawful.

The site is provided as it is and as it is available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, from reliance on its content, or from anything that happens on a site we have linked to.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the mandatory law that applies to you. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy, and what is stored on your device is listed in the cookie policy. Non-essential storage and tracking are off until you consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time from Cookie settings in the footer.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the effective date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, and the Czech courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country’s law, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

For out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes in the Czech Republic, the competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, coi.cz).
